A seamless process from scan to precision delivery, here’s how
Tiger Parts brings broken components back to life.
01. upload your part details
Share photos, dimensions and a Polyscan of the broken part. If you have a Technical Drawing, we can directly provide you with a final quote in 24 hours. See the “How to scan a part” page for more details
02. Receive a Pre-Quote
Our team assesses and provides a competitive quote promptly. This quote will be +/- 10% final amount. If you accept it, we start the reverse engineering process.
03. We pick up your parts
If you agree with the pre-quote, we collect the parts at your location and start reverse engineering as soon as possible.
04. Receive the Final quote
To ensure the usage of the right material grade for production, we perform additional tests on the broken parts. After all the requirements are clarified, we finalize the quote. You can now place your final order.
05. Production begins
Utilizing cutting-edge 3D printing technologies such as Multi Jet Fusion and CNC machining, we manufacture your spare parts with precision.
06. QUALITY CONTROL
At the end of production, we perform a visual and dimensional inspection on the parts. Tiger Parts applies an AQL inspection standard of 0/0.1/0.65 for Critical/Major/Minor defects respectively, following ISO 2859-1 guidelines and your internal requirements.
07. SWIFT DELIVERY
Your newly crafted part is shipped directly to your doorstep.
